Yes! We offer a free forever plan with essential features. You can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities.
Do I need to provide a credit card to start?
You don't need a credit card to create an account and set up your agent, but if you want to buy a phone number you'll need to add your credit card and get a 30-day free phone number. You can cancel anytime with no strings attached :)
What do I need to start using Ringly.io?

We offer a free plan, as well as tiered paid plans with additional features like advanced analytics, a knowledge base, and way more call minutes.
Do you really have a 110% money back guarantee?

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for users who choose to pay annually instead of monthly.
What’s included in the free plan?
With the free plan you can set up 1 AI phone agent with every feature except the knowledge base. Every free plan comes with 10 free call minutes, so you can call with your agent. To do that, you'll need to add a phone number that's free for the first 30 days (no strings attached). After that, it's $5 per month per phone number.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. We put all the costs on our pricing page. You can always buy more phone numbers or storage though.
What happens if I exceed the usage limits of my plan?
You’ll be notified and given the option to upgrade your plan or pay for the additional usage. You can always switch on 'auto-recharge' in advance so you'll never run out of credits.
